The Beck Mini DISCOMFORTS/DYSFUNCTIONS Checklist (The Mini DDC) is comprehensive but not too long. In 15 to 25 minutes it enables you to make a very good start towards clarifying what all of your main NeuroPsychoSocial problems are, if any. It helps you to understand the nature and causes of those problems, if any, and helps you to get your life moving in the direction you want to go.  

           

Before you start the Checklist say to yourself, sometimes in a whisper and sometimes out aloud, “I want to be clear what the feelings/thoughts are that I am having   which are spoiling my life. I want to be clear what the things are that I can’t do that I need to be able to do so that I can have a good life.
